Instructor-led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-led Training (vILT)

This virtual instructor-led training for a fictional hospital addresses one common accelerator of burnout in medical professionals, the death of patients. Recognizing that burnout is a long-term problem and that the stresses on health care professionals extend well beyond the scope of this course, measures of success are incremental steps to providing support for healthcare professionals in stressful times.
